  1. Customer Conduct
    Customers are expected to behave respectfully with our staff and workers. Any use of abusive language or misconduct may result in immediate service termination without refund and may lead to legal action.

  2. Service Responsibility
    While we take utmost care during service, customers are requested to inform our team immediately in case of any damage or issue with the vehicle.

  3. Damage & Liability
    We are not responsible for pre-existing damages. Any claim for new damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

  4. Missing Items Policy
    Customers must remove all valuable items from the vehicle before service. The company is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings. Any complaint must be raised within 24 hours.

  5. Complaint Window
    All complaints (damage/missing items/service quality) must be reported within 24 hours. Complaints after this period will not be entertained.

  6. Payment & Refund Policy
    All payments are non-refundable once the service has started. Customers must continue the service for the full monthly cycle.

  7. Service Cancellation
    Service can only be cancelled at the end of the billing cycle (month-end). No mid-cycle cancellation or refund is allowed.

  8. Access to Vehicle
    Customers must ensure that the vehicle is accessible for cleaning at the scheduled time. If the vehicle is not available, the service will be marked as completed for that day.

  9. Weather Conditions
    Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to unfavorable weather conditions (rain, storms, etc.) without prior notice.

  10. Working Hours
    Service will be provided during fixed working hours. Exact timing may vary based on location and workload.

  11. Safety & Permissions
    Customer must ensure proper parking and permission for cleaning at their location (society/parking rules). The company will not be responsible for any restrictions imposed by local authorities or societies.

  12. Right to Refuse Service
    The company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any customer without prior notice in case of policy violation.

  13. Changes to Terms
    The company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
